What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to person between clients, creative, and production, ensuring our work lands with precision and purpose.



Key Responsibilities include:



Building and sustaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

Managing digital campaigns from concept to rollout

Keep the work flowing between agency, client, and suppliers

Preparing accurate timelines

Tracking campaign performance, and report wins

Collaborating with our Account Directors to keep all accounts moving smoothly

Champion the Lucky Hustle energy -- creative, fast-paced, and fun

Details:



Permanent contract.

Hybrid role (office location:

Paulshof, Johannesburg).

Competitive remuneration (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in Account Management (digital experience essential)

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising

Strong grasp of digital, social media, and TTL campaigns

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail, budgeting, and reporting abilities

Familiar with platforms like Monday.com and MS Office

Own reliable transport (client-facing role)

Agency experience is a must
