Develop at different level transverse relationship with the customer and ensures strategic alignment
Ensure and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Understand the customers overall business and activities (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity, profitability)
Identity customer needs and drive opportunities in agreement with the commercial business strategy, the market, category, portfolio
Drive the development of operational and strategic plans jointly with the customer and internal organization
Drive closure of long-term sales contracts
Ensure accurate sales forecasts
Responsible for financial objectives of the customer
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in product and services
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects to ensure consistent sales growth.
Knowledge & Skills
Marketing and sales experience
Customer Relationship management
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, suppliers, and attend industry events
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Analytical and strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
Qualifications
B-Tech Chemistry or related field
3-5 years in chemical industry, marketing and sales experience
* Passionate about technology and innovation in the industrial division
