Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with BCom (Logistics / Transportation) / relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential 3+ years relevant experience related to the duties below in the logistics industry preferred Must have good computer literacy with intermediates/advanced Excel skills Must be willing to work overtime / be on standby over weekends when required The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Meet customer service delivery targets Damage investigation and root cause analysis Understand and maintain company SOPs Understand and maintain OEM SOPs Maintain all vehicles movements on system Report performance in daily / monthly meetings with customers Price adjustments - maintain price tables Reconcile billing file Customer Service within dealer base Salary: Market related Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
