Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with BCom (Logistics / Transportation) / relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential
- 3+ years relevant experience related to the duties below in the logistics industry preferred
- Must have good computer literacy with intermediates/advanced Excel skills
- Must be willing to work overtime / be on standby over weekends when required
- Meet customer service delivery targets
- Damage investigation and root cause analysis
- Understand and maintain company SOPs
- Understand and maintain OEM SOPs
- Maintain all vehicles movements on system
- Report performance in daily / monthly meetings with customers
- Price adjustments - maintain price tables
- Reconcile billing file
- Customer Service within dealer base
