Who are we looking for:

An Advertising Account Executive to play a crucial role in servicing and nurturing client relationships, understanding their objectives and executing effective advertising and communication strategies.

What will you do:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with clients to develop advertising and B2B communication strategies that align with their business objectives
• Create and manage project briefs, timelines and budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope
• Work closely with creative teams to translate client briefs into compelling BTL advertising campaigns
• Provide strategic input and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their marketing and communication goals
• Monitor hours' usage and prioritise work, accordingly, providing regular updates and reports to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to execute campaigns effectively
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring the highest level of service and quality
• Attend client meetings and presentations, articulating campaign strategies and results effectively

What do you need:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience as an Advertising Account Executive, with a focus on BTL advertising and B2B communications
• Strong understanding of BTL advertising strategies, including experiential marketing, promotions and direct marketing
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives
• A passion for advertising and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends
• Must be able to speak Afrikaans
