Job Description
We are a leading transport and logistics group seeking an experienced
Yard Supervisor
to provide operational leadership and ensure the smooth management of our national fleet and yard activities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented supervisor with strong experience in team management, safety compliance, and yard operations within a transport or fleet-intensive environment.Grade 12 (preferred) 2-3 years experience in transport, logistics, or yard operations. Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily activities. Knowledge of fleet, trailers, and yard operations (loading, offloading, parking) Ability to operate yard equipment safely. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. First aid or firefighting will be an advantage.
