DUTIES:
Campaigns completion Manage Technician staff Manage Apprentices Planning workshop and Filed services jobs Client liaison Oversee Johannesburg workshop Vehicle fleet Management outwork for jobs Manage OHSACT_ Johhanesburg workshop environment Submission of all warranty Claims: BELL, JCB and Finlay Consolidating & maintaining spreadsheet of all warranty sign offs Assisting with all queries on warranty jobs Manage Contractors to Johannesburg workshops WIP - within acceptable days Assist workshops debtor queries Sign off jobs and sign off queries.
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be qualified Earthmoving Mechanic with ten years of experience Good verbal and written communication skills Good management planning & people skills Applicants must have a sound knowledge of: Hydraulics, Drivetrain and Warranties Policies and procedures. Disciplinary procedure Safety regulations, technical requirements Environmental regulations Industrial relations Good HR skills _ (interviewing skills) Administration procedures SAP system BELL warranty procedures Must be Computer Literate
