in Ballito (25 vehicles per day) is seeking an experiencedWorkshop Manager
to take full operational ownership of the workshop.We will also consider a
Senior or Experienced Service Advisor
who is ready to step into a workshop management role.Key Responsibilities
Overall day-to-day management of the workshop Planning and control of workflow, job cards, and technician productivity Managing technicians, apprentices, and workshop staff Ensuring efficient turnaround times and strong quality control Handling comebacks, technical issues, and problem-solving Ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards Working closely with service advisors and parts to maximise efficiency
Requirements
3-5 years' experience
in a motor vehicle workshop environment Experience as a Workshop Manager, Foreman, or Senior Service Advisor Strong exposure tohigh-volume dealership operations
Solidtechnical background
(qualified or highly experienced) Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhat's on Offer
