As a WordPress Specialist at CWS, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration of web solutions and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development, especially in the WordPress ecosystem.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and optimal user experience.
• Conduct website audits and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Specialist or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with custom theme development and plugin customization.
• Familiarity with web standards and responsive design principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must have extensive experience working with Formidable Forms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
