Retail Store Manager (Youth Apparel)

Job Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a youthful sales team.

Drive sales targets, manage daily store operations, and ensure top-tier customer service Maintain strong visual merchandising standards that reflect current youth fashion trends Analyse sales reports to improve performance and identify opportunities Oversee stock management, replenishment, and loss prevention Build strong customer relationships and ensure a fun, engaging in-store atmosphere Plan and execute promotions and marketing activities Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store Uphold company values and represent the brand with energy and professionalism

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of retail management experience. Strong understanding of youth apparel, fashion trends, and streetwear culture Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Target-driven mindset with proven results Solid experience with stock control, POS systems, and store administration
Proven experience in financial administration, cash handling, and store reporting

Computer literate:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

High energy, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills Availability to work weekends, public holidays when required.
