We are Hiring- 2 x
Wine Stewards
Do you possess
A deep understanding an extensive knowledge of wine, including regions, varietals, food pairing in a high luxury establishment.
Communicate your knowledge effectively to the guests.
Excellent service skills: (Guest needs, enhancing dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction)
Inventory management abilities ( Storage conditions and ordering)
Capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
Have a WSET and or Sommelier Certification.
Previous experience as a wine steward compulsory.
Experience in a fine-dining and or luxury hotel environment
Other Key Skills
Wine Service Techniques (Ensuring seamless and elegant guest experience)
Organisational Skills (Manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, Fast paced efficiency)
Passion for Wine (A genuine enthusiasm for wine and hospitality industry is crucial.
Adoptability (Adopt to change, circumstances and demand, as well as handle challenging situations)
