Job Description
ASARA Wine Estate & Hotel (Pty) Ltd in Stellenbosch, Western Cape is looking for a team player with excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English). The ideal candidate is very organised, has the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure, is goal & target driven.
Driver's licence & own transport essential.
DUTIES
will include (but not be limited to):Support the Wine Sales Manager in all admin work - draft mails to customers and potential new clients - maintaining of client data base - handle all basic correspondence between the estate & clients - order capturing - liaise with warehouse on orders - creditors & debtors invoicing - creating purchase orders on Ezy Wine & Pastel Accounting -updating stock sheets and variances - administration around casual wages - monthly debtor statements administration.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
:- Matric
- 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Wine Industry experience beneficial
- Ezy Wine System Knowledge is essential and Pastel is advantageous
- Experience in export & export related documentation beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) with excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- WSET or Cape Wine Academy certificates or any equivalent tertiary education will be beneficial
