who sell exclusive wines from small growers and independent producers directly to private customers.
This is
not a typical call centre role
-- our team builds genuine relationships with customers, offering tailored recommendations and exceptional service from first call to final delivery.
When the
Head of Sales
is visiting our other branch, you'll take charge of the floor, ensuring the same high standards and motivation across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals.
Achieve your own
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
, setting the example on the floor.
Deliver
call coaching, training, and performance feedback
to develop your team.
Drive individual and team success through strong leadership and mentoring.
Maintain a visible, confident, and energetic presence on the sales floor.
Ensure a culture of outstanding
customer service
and wine knowledge.
What We're Looking For
Proven
direct sales experience
, ideally in
telephone-based sales
.
Previous experience
leading or managing a sales or telemarketing team
.
Confident communicator with strong motivational and coaching skills.
Driven by achievement and
financial reward

Knowledge or enthusiasm for
fine wine and premium retail
is a big plus.
