Wine Lounge Runner – Boutique Wine Estate – Stellenbosch
Job Description
As a Wine Lounge Runner , you'll assist the service and culinary teams by maintaining cleanliness, managing table setups, and ensuring smooth operation throughout service. This position is perfect for a hardworking, service-driven individual looking to gain experience in a luxury hospitality setting. (Fixed Term Contract)
Key Responsibilities
Support kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Assist with plating, polishing glassware, and washing dishes.
Maintain clean and stocked work areas at all times.
Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations.
Ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their visit.
1-2 years' hospitality or service experience.
Reliable transport to and from work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Friendly, positive, and willing to learn.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Between 1 - 3 Years
