The successful candidate will be required to deliver a world class hospitality experience to guests whilst transferring the skills and knowledge to the front of house team. The purpose of this position is to manage the guest experience throughout the Estate and exceed their expectations whilst driving sales and motivating teams in the tasting rooms. You would be required to have a completed Matric and have at least 3 xe2x80x93 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing large sales and/or service teams. Formal studies in Hotel / restaurant management and or Retail experience is advantageous. Workdays/ Shifts: Monthly shift roster. Working week includes weekends and Public Holidays. Overseeing floor managers whilst they are maintaining service level of staff
Assist PR & Events Co-ordinator in arranging functions - tasting room, meetings, staff functions and marketing functions
Provide training for a high level of service in the Tasting Room
Manage customer experience throughout the customer journey on the Estate
Provide exceptional customer service
Responsibilities: Administration
Conduct opening and closing duties of all Tasting Rooms and stores
Manage the front of house staff including but not limited to monthly rosters, overtime approvals, disciplinary action, recruitment
Manage online reviews and customer complaints
Constantly evaluate service and offering to create and adapt plans for improvements
Oversee orders for Front of house stock eg. Retail, Water, packaging etc. in accordance with budget
Ensure stock control and reconciliation of storerooms
Set monthly sales targets in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Manager and create sales strategy to meet targets
Prepare and present monthly sales and operation reports
Execute business objectives
