Job Summary Wine & Dining Lead - Luxury Guest Farm | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Wine & Dining Lead to oversee the wine and dining experience at a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a deep understanding of farm-to-table dining, wine pairings, and fine service, who can guide a front-of-house team to deliver memorable and seamless guest experiences. Requirements: Proven experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, and 5-star properties Formal wine qualification (WSET or equivalent) Deep knowledge of wines, culinary ingredients, and pairing principles Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills Professional, attentive, and guest-focused with excellent communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to work evening shifts and peak-season schedules Responsibilities: Lead the front-of-house team with confidence, warmth, and precision during evening service Communicate the story and intention behind each dish and wine pairing, connecting guests with the farm-to-table ethos Mentor and support service staff, ensuring professional, engaging, and polished dining experiences Collaborate closely with chefs and the food & beverage team to elevate the wine and beverage programme Take primary responsibility for night shifts during peak season, balancing hands-on service with strategic leadership Package: Salary: R25,000 per month Luxury guest farm environment in Franschhoek Opportunities for professional development in fine dining and wine service To Apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
