Job Description
Job Summary Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: o Grade 12 o N3 Certificate in Engineering Studies. o Trade Test Certificate Section 13 or 26D. o National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation is advantageous. Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: o 1 to 3 years as underground Winder Technician. o Light Current o Experience in an electrical or instrumentation maintenance environment, including HT, AC and DC experience. o The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems. o Incident reporting. o Knowledge of Siemens Drives (Cyclo Converter) equipment, Winder Machinery, Crushing & Conveying equipment and Refrigeration plants and will be an advantage. o Faultfinding skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Time management and planning skills.
