Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

Experience in conservation & law-enforcement, with a focus on wildlife monitoring and
management, ecological management, anti-poaching and K9 operations.
Ability to oversee and implement various programs, which promote improved efficiency and
productivity of wildlife assets and law-enforcement personnel.
Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Integrity and professional ethics.
Teamwork skills.
Time management.
The ability to work independently and to strict deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and work in potentially challenging conditions and situations.
Effective resource management.
Understanding of modern technology is beneficial.
Understanding of wildlife and security requirements and the management of them.
Experience with and ability to utilise modern technology.
