Job Description

Qualified Wheat Miller (GMF, SAGMA and EISA where applicable) with at least 5 yrs exp after trade. Experience of Maize will be an advantage. Must have the ability to work shifts, be PC literate with previous exp of safety & hygiene practices. Previous exposure to PLC driven plants. Full spectrum grain experience.
Main responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of milling equipment to ensure optimal productivity
  • Ensure consistent product quality
  • Meet product quality standards
  • Maintain good hygiene and safety practices
