As Wellness Manager, you will lead the vision from pre-opening into steady state: shape the concept, curate chakra-aligned rituals and healing journeys, recruit and train a compassionate team, and embed sustainability at every touchpoint. This hands-on leadership role calls for a calm, grounded professional who thrives in a remote, nature-rich environment and is ready to weave soulful ritual into impeccable, sustainable hospitality while championing energy balance and mindful living. A minimum of three years' experience leading a team in a five-star luxury spa or wellness environment. Proven leadership within ultra-luxury lodges, boutique retreats, or high-end resort spas. Deep understanding of chakra systems, energy work, and integrative healing; strong hands-on skill in at least two modalities (e.g., massage therapy, reiki, sound healing, yoga, meditation, breathwork). Unwavering guest focus, high emotional intelligence, and calm performance under pressure. Natural trainer and mentor who raises standards and inspires heart-led service. Genuine commitment to sustainability, indigenous wisdom, and nature-positive hospitality. Comfortable with remote living and collaborating within a close-knit opening team. Solid grasp of anatomy, contraindications, and safe practice. Track record designing treatment menus, rituals, and multi-day programs that drive meaningful wellbeing outcomes. Confident with scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and basic reporting. Excellent communication, meticulous record-keeping, and strict respect for guest confidentiality.
