It is known for its pristine landscapes, indigenous forests, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The retreat offers a serene and immersive experience with nature, while also providing high-end accommodations and world-class amenities, making it a sought-after destination for those seeking tranquility and indulgence. The ideal candidate should be familiar with all duties and procedures in the Spa/Wellness Centre and have previous experience in hospitality, event management, or social media coordination is desirable.What is required:A Wellness Host is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the wellness experience from promotion to completion of Guest Stay. This role involves prepping guest experiences, welcoming and guiding guests through their Wellness activities / stays, coordinating with various departments, and serving as the primary contact person for guests throughout their visit.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology or Administration Diploma is advantageous
- Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field preferred
