As we continue to grow, we are expanding our technology team to ensure our websites, systems, and digital platforms remain reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

Role Purpose

The Website Manager is a hands-on, delivery-focused role responsible for keeping our websites, CRM, and supporting systems running smoothly. You'll work on a wide range of tasks, from website updates and system integrations to troubleshooting and automation.
A key part of the role involves building and updating web pages in WordPress (Elementor), so confidence in creating pages that look good and function well is essential. Beyond this, you'll support the Tech Lead by managing the day-to-day operational work across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update company websites (WordPress/Elementor), ensuring pages are functional, secure, and user-friendly. Configure and manage plugins, forms, and basic integrations. Support CRM workflows and automations (HighLevel). Build and maintain integrations between systems using Zapier. Implement and manage Google Tag Manager and advertising pixels across websites. Manage hosting, DNS, and email-related configuration tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal teams. Document processes and solutions for reference and consistency. Assist the Tech Lead with project delivery by handling defined tasks.

Essential Skills

Solid experience with WordPress, including confident use of Elementor for page creation and updates. Basic coding knowledge (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow automation. Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager and advertising pixel setup (Meta, Google Ads, etc.). Understanding of website performance and security best practices. Experience with automation tools such as Zapier. Competence in hosting, domains, and DNS management. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Desirable Skills

Google Sheets (formulas, integrations). Experience with JSON API integrations. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals. Google Workspace administration. Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
