Job Description
An International Organisation based in the Western Cape is seeking a Web Support Agent to join their team. This person will be responsible for providing telephonic / email support to sales reps & customers. Requirements:
Grade 12
2+ Years Call Centre Experience
E-Commerce / Online Shopping Experience (essential)
Strong Computer Literacy
Proficiency in English & 1 other South African Language
