Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Webmaster to oversee and optimise the digital presence of their premium jewellery brands. This role involves managing Shopify websites, executing SEO strategies, leading email/SMS marketing campaigns, and driving performance through data-led decisions. You will be the go-to expert for all eCommerce and digital marketing operations, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement across their platforms.
Tools & Platforms You'll Use:

• eCommerce: Shopify and eCommerce apps
• Marketing Automation: Klaviyo (email & SMS)
• Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads
• Analytics & Tracking: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker
• SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Dibb SEO
• Content & Productivity: Canva, Grammarly, ChatGPT (as needed), and Asana

Key Responsibilities:

• eCommerce Management: Maintain and optimise Shopify websites, including product updates, app integrations, promotions, and UX improvements.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation: Research and implement strategies to enhance site performance and maximise conversions.
• Email & SMS Marketing: Manage Klaviyo campaigns, including flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• SEO Strategy: Lead on-page, technical, and content SEO efforts, alongside local SEO (Google Business Profile optimisation).
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs using Looker, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools--open to adopting new solutions as needed.
• Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and analytics platforms.
• Digital Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for all eCommerce and digital marketing queries across the brands.
