Job Summary Location: Cape Town, Northern Suburbs
Employment Type: Full-Time (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of new client onboarding, including documentation and follow-up
- Act as a liaison between clients, Wealth Managers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate client records and facilitate timely communication with providers
- Process payments, open/close accounts, and assist with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance and quality standards are met
- Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
- 2+ years relevant experience in financial services
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Preferred: BCom Investment Management/Finance qualification, RE5 certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and professionalism
