We are looking for a detail-oriented and compliance-driven
Quality Assurance Agent
to monitor sales and client interactions, ensure NCR compliance and maintain the highest service standards within our Debt Review division.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and score recorded agent calls
Conduct file and document audits before submission
Ensure compliance with NCR, NCA, FICA & POPIA regulations
Identify compliance risks and mis-selling
Provide coaching and corrective feedback to agents
Compile QA reports and compliance trend analysis
Assist with internal audits and regulatory preparation
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years experience in Debt Review / QA / Compliance
Strong knowledge of NCR and Debt Review processes
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and reporting skills
Computer literate (CRM, call systems, MS Office)
