What will you do?
We are looking for an assertive and enthusiastic individual who would like to join the Quality Assurance Department. The Quality Assurance Agent will be required to monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to performance standards.
Minimum Qualification Required
Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
Tertiary Qualification / NQF 5
FAIS Credits/ Full Qualifications (Depending on DOFA) advantageous
Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) advantageous
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 years Quality Assurance experience
Minimum 2 years short term insurance experience
Minimum 1 year Client Services experience
Excellent Product Knowledge (All MiWay STI Products)
Strong knowledge of Client Services processes
