Key Responsibilities:
Apply torch-on, liquid-applied, or other waterproofing materials according to specifications.
Inspect surfaces for proper preparation before waterproofing application.
Ensure work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Report to the site foreman or project manager on progress and issues.
Requirements:
Trade certificate in Waterproofing, Roofing, or related field.
Minimum of
2 years' practical experience
in waterproofing works.
Knowledge of torch-on membranes and other waterproofing materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Physically fit to work on roofs and elevated structures.
