Young AA South African Citizen currently residing in Gqeberha, or willing to relocate
National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Comprehensive experience in automotive processes and procedures (minimum 5 years)
In-depth and extensive experience of warranty system
Code B drivers license
Solid experience in SAP, Fleet Management system

RESPONSIBILITIES

Authorization of warranty claims
Train new Dealer Warranty Clerks
Resolve and process general dealer warranty queries
Ensure dealer's adherence to warranty policies and procedures
Review and approve dealer system-rejected claims on parameters in line with policies
