Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga: WARRANTY CLERK
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional individual
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (Read, write and speak – fully proficient A MUST)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years experience as a Warranty Clerk at a franchised motor dealer A MUST
-Experienced on ADP/CDK/Kerridge system
-Team player
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to assist as relief Service Advisor or Bookings Clerk
-Reside in/near Witbank area
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Warranty processes and submission of claims
-Reconciliation of payment
-Liaison with Isuzu & Opel
-Internal warranty processes
-Parts safekeeping and tagging
-Handle new vehicle damage claims and new vehicle fleet claims
-Assist as relief Service Advisor or Bookings Clerk
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience (Market related)
