We are seeking a Warranty & Aftersales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and supportive professional, ensuring our warranty claims and aftersales processes are managed with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and administer warranty claims in line with company policies.
Review and validate claims for accuracy, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
Provide professional and timely support to dealers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Enter and maintain accurate warranty claim data and records.
Collaborate with technical and parts teams to resolve warranty-related issues.
Provide general administrative support to the aftersales department.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate or higher.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial motor industry.
A valid Code 8 driver's license.
