Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants and analysts (1520 people)
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across sectors such as financial services, retail, and technology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Design tailored business solutions that address complex challenges and drive measurable impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (strategy, marketing, analytics, operations) to enhance value delivery
• Produce actionable insights using data and market intelligence
• Contribute to internal capability development through toolkits, frameworks, and best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in management consulting or strategic transformation roles
• 5+ years in a leadership or people management capacity
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing corporate strategy team
• Strong commercial understanding, including financial modelling, P&L analysis, and performance improvement
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Familiarity with digital transformation, data analytics, and customer strategy is beneficial
