Job Description

Job Purpose: Performs the physical tasks involved in the picking, checking, packing, shipping of orders to our customers in a manner that meets company standards/guidelines for safety, security, and productivity. The warehouse Operator is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders picked, checked, and packed.


Ensure all tasks (picking, packing, checking, shipping of orders to customers) are done as per SOP's/guidelines. Checking the machinery on daily basis for any faults and informing supervisors of equipment malfunctions that needs to be addresses. Maintain high standard of housekeeping. Adherence to prescribed SOP's, Health and Safety, Environmental procedure and GDP/GWP guidelines. Assist with stock take and cycle counts. Ensure accuracy and quality control is maintained in all tasks. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Verifies and ensures that stocks picked from inventory are accurate and reports any discrepancies and obvious damages. Prepares orders for shipment by picking orders in an accurate and timely manner with RF scanner Stacks and stores materials in designated areas Performs related duties as and when assigned. Assist QA team when required.

Grade 12 Minimum 9 months experience in an operational role within a Warehouse environment. MHE License (Forklift, PPT, Bendi or Reach Truck) would be an advantage. Post Basic Pharmacist would be an advantage. * A bachelor's degree would be advantageous.
