Job Title:

Bodyshop Warehouse Operators

Location:

Gqeberha

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse Operator Duties:

Receiving and Storing: Unloading shipments, verifying inventory, and placing goods in

designated storage locations.

Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, performing inventory counts, and using warehouse management systems.

Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

Shipping and Delivery: Loading trucks, ensuring proper labelling, and coordinating with carriers.

Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.

Line Supplier Duties:

Material Procurement: Identifying and procuring necessary materials for production.

Inventory Management: Maintaining an adequate stock of raw materials and components.

Timely Delivery: Ensuring materials arrive at the production line on time to avoid delays.

Communication and Collaboration: Coordinating with production staff, suppliers, and inventory management.

Quality Control: Inspecting materials for quality and ensuring they meet specifications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Matric/ Grade 12 qualification

Valid Forklift License

Valid Cushman License

1-2 years of relevant work experience, automotive industry is preferred
