561 Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly organised, reliable, and proactive

Warehouse Manager

to join our team. A position has opened for an experienced individual to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational management of the warehouse, including:

Daily Warehouse Operations:

Oversee all receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes Ensure accurate stock handling and proper workflow management Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment

Stock Control & Reporting:

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes Monitor stock variances and investigate discrepancies Ensure system accuracy on stock inventory system Maintain accurate capture of stock adjustments and movement logs

Staff Supervision & HR-Related Tasks:

Manage personal schedules, task allocation, and performance Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Uphold high standards of productivity, punctuality, and accountability

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination:

Oversee customer orders and ensure timely dispatch Liaise with courier partners and manage delivery queries Plan and execute efficient workflow during peak periods

Customer Service & Communication:

Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams Resolve stock or order-related enquiries professionally Communicate proactively regarding delays, issues, or urgent priorities

Compliance & Process Management:

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company protocols Maintain warehouse documentation and SOPs Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse or operations management (retail or FMCG advantageous) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational ability Ability to manage pressure and multi-task effectively Ability to work alone, with a remote support team Tech-savvy, with experience in inventory systems (Hike POS beneficial) Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence
