Warehouse Manager - Refrigeration & Logistics (Lanseria)
Location: Lanseria, Johannesburg
Experience Required: 5+ years in warehouse operations (refrigeration essential)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Lanseria facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling refrigerators/appliances, maintaining accurate stock levels, and managing the packing, loading, and off-loading of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control warehouse stock, specifically refrigeration units
Track incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy
Oversee packing, loading, off-loading, and dispatch processes
Ensure safe handling and movement of refrigerators and bulky items
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and stock planning
Supervise warehouse assistants and drivers
Prepare and maintain stock reports
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations
Experience with refrigeration equipment (handling, tracking, dispatch)
Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards
Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
Ability to manage staff and workflow effectively
Logistics and transportation management experience will be a strong advantage
Must be based in or able to work daily from Lanseria
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From R15000,00 per month
