Job Description
Global Tiles is seeking a highly experienced, trustworthy, and disciplined Warehouse Dispatcher / Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years proven experience in warehouse dispatch and logistics (fast-moving environment essential) Mature, stable individual with strong leadership presence (40 years preferred) Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to errors Strong stock control, dispatch planning, and load verification skills Ability to manage dispatch staff, drivers, and workflow under pressure Excellent record-keeping, documentation, and reporting abilities High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability Physically fit and hands-on when required
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all inbound and outbound dispatch operations Ensure correct picking, loading, and dispatch of goods Maintain accurate dispatch records and stock movement controls Enforce warehouse procedures, discipline, and safety standards Coordinate with management, sales, and transport teams Prevent losses, damages, and dispatch discrepancies
