Our client, within the Manufacturing space is excited to expand their Logistics Team with a new Warehouse and Distribution Manager.
Our client was established in the early 1990's and they provide a range of fencing and steel products to their client, all ranging from the agriculture, hardware, mining, and construction industries.
The main purpose of a Warehouse and Distribution Manager is to oversee and manage the efficient and effective operation of the organisations warehouse and distribution activities.
This role is essential in ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped out to customers or other locations in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner. The Warehouse and Distribution Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of products from the point of production to the end-users
The successful incumbent will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will be responsible for managing the warehouse in compliance with the companyxe2x80x99s policies and vision, assume responsibility for inbound and outbound distribution, formulate business improvement solutions, prepare annual budget and meet productivity targets.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- B.Com Honours in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience
- Previous experience leading a large team (50 staff members)
