Job Description
Primary purpose of the job:
Receiving and inspection of local / imported material and store items into the warehouse and on SAP
Key Performance Areas:
Receive local / imported material and store items
Ensure proper stacking and labelling of goods received
Ensure accurate capturing of information on the SAP system
Capture and report Lot & FIFO controls
Ensure that work practises comply with the company SHE procedures and works instruction.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Understanding of the logistics function in an automotive environment
Knowledge of production items within an automotive environment
Knowledge of receiving goods
SAP experience on receiving goods
Computer literate - basics (Windows & SAP)
Communication and interpersonal
Problem solving
Numerical skills
Document handling and filling
Minimum Requirements
NQF Level Grade 12/ Level 4
Minimum 5 years general logistics and stores experience within an automotive environment
Minimum 5 years receiving of goods experience
