Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will assist in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will play a key role in supporting the team to optimize warehouse functionality and contribute to seamless supply chain processes.Position available for a Junior Warehouse Administrator.Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols
  • Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices
  • Help coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and analyze inventory data to inform decision-making
