? Process admissions and discharges
? Assist to ensure quality and efficient stock control
? Billing of Ward stock sheets ? Conduct customer service satisfaction surveys
? Provide ad hoc duties as and when required
? Adhere to company policy and procedures
? Matric compulsory
? Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital environment
? Mandatory administration or ward clerk experience
? Computer literacy essential
? Friendly disposition and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict situations
? Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
