Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar promptly. Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally. Present bills, process payments, and ensure correct cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas at all times. Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and properly set. Work closely with team members and assist colleagues when necessary. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Uphold company image and deliver outstanding hospitality at all times. Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not always required). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
