Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serving meals, coffees, and treats with care and attention Clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the service area tidy Assisting with daily setup and close-down of the shop Processing payments and operating the till Ensuring customers have a pleasant and friendly experience Helping the team with any general duties when needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous waitressing or customer service experience (preferred) Friendly, helpful and professional attitude Quick on your feet and able to handle a busy environment Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual, and a great team player Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced cafe setting
