The company supplies the retail, wholesale, food service and hospitality trade locally and also exports processed meat products to RSA and other African countries. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a suitably qualified, dynamic individual to apply for the following vacancy:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To provide one-stop services to customers, including taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers, in the most courteous manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction and business profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

At least 2 years' experience in a restaurant environment. Experience within hospitality will be an advantage Must be Computer Literate (POS) Ability to communicate fluently in English Knowledge of Health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

Provide excellent customer services Welcome customers and present menu Prepare and clean tables before and after customers and leave Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate to kitchen staff Often check in with customers to ensure they are comfortable and enjoying their meal Deliver invoice and collect payment
