Salary: R10,000 - R12,000 per month, Negotiable DOE
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking warm, attentive, and curious Waiters to join the front-of-house team at a luxury guest farm in Franschhoek. This role is for individuals who take pride in delivering thoughtful and memorable dining experiences, connecting guests to the story, flavours, and atmosphere of each meal.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Wine and Dining Lead and the broader front-of-house team to ensure seamless, attentive service.
Confidently present dishes and ingredients, sharing the story behind each plate with guests.
Maintain calm, consistency, and energy across both day and evening shifts in a dynamic environment.
Support colleagues across roles, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
Embrace opportunities for learning and growth within a seasonal and evolving hospitality setting.
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury or fine-dining hospitality is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests.
Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail.
