Waiter/Waitress
to join our front-of-house team.Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests Present menus, explain dishes, specials, and wine pairings with confidence Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar Serve food and drinks to our standards Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to a high standard Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns professionally Process payments accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Previous waiting experience, preferably in an upmarket or fine-dining environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and presentation Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette is an advantage Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
