Duties:
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and broader front-of-house team to ensure smooth, connected service
Confidently describe dishes and ingredients, sharing the story behind the food with guests
Adapt to both day and night shifts, maintaining consistency and calm in a dynamic environment
Support team members across roles, including hosts, with a spirit of collaboration
Stay open to learning, feedback, and growth in a seasonal, evolving hospitality setting
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal hospitality qualification will be an advantage
At least 2+ years experience in a high-end hotel / restaurant environment
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
Basic math skills
Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and active listener
Attentive and patience for customers
Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
Must be well-presented
