Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wage Clerk to join our client's Finance team at their manufacturing site in Mpumalanga on a short-term contract.
This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Be Doing
? Capture and validate time & attendance from biometric systems
? Process wage inputs (overtime, allowances, deductions)
? Manage leave administration and resolve basic payroll queries
? Prepare weekly/monthly wage reports for Finance & HR
? Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance
What You'll Need

2-3 years' experience in a wage or payroll support role
Strong Excel and data management skills
Experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
Familiarity with biometric time & attendance systems
Accuracy, integrity, and a proactive attitude

Start Date: Immediate
Location: Lothair, Mpumalanga (On-site, 5 days a week)
Duration: 3 -6 months (to start ASAP)
