Keeping employee files updated
Keeping wage reporting files updated
Submit UIF declarations monthly via payroll
Keep track of various leave for staff
Prepare daily attendance list for managers (Late and AWOL)
Prepare end of year leave reports
Reconcile monthly reports such as savings and loans with accounts department
Enroll new wage staff and ensure all documentation obtained.
Basic reception duties, answer phone, message taking.
Stationery stock and reorders.
PPE items for staff, stock control and recording of issuing.
Liaise with payroll / time and attendance when necessary
Other related duties for wage preparation.
Other ad-hoc office duties when required.
Grade 12
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
A formal tertiary qualification would be an advantage
Previous SAGE payroll experience is a must
