Sales Consultant
Job Description
Sales consultants for a Vodacom store required. We are looking for outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic people to fill positions.
Responsibilities:
-The successful candidates will be working in an energetic, target driven environment
-Approaching prospective clients and business clients to present, promote and selling of: new contracts/upgrades/accessories/fibre/insurance
-Understanding importance of customer retention
Reach and maintain the high standard of customer service and sales productivity
-Establishing a rapport with potential clients and offering the highest level of customer service
Maintaining the stability and reputation of the Company by complying with all requirements
-Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of new products
Requirements:
-Good communication skills
-Goal orientated
-Self-motivated
-Proven sales track record in a highly customer service orientated environment
-Understanding and knowledge of being in the Cellular industry
Vodacom M2 & C3D system knowledge an advantage.
